OFR Data System Access
OFR sites can access the free OFR Data System by completing the OFR Data System Registration. Sites will be able to designate if they want to access the OFR Data System on their agency’s or IIR's REDCap server.

The OFR Data System Version 2.0 is available for free to all OFRs regardless of funding. This webinar will guide participants through the system structure and data elements, show how to access and use the data system, and discuss the ongoing TTA available.

The OFR Data System Guidance provides detailed information about each variable including variable name, question type, responses, skip logic, definition, and guidance.

OFR Data System User Group
All OFR Data System users are encouraged to participate in the OFR Data System User Group calls on the third Tuesday of even months from 2:00 - 3:00 p.m., ET.
